If you are experiencing problems
with sound while watching Viva TV
this could be due to some technical
work on the transmitter sites and
you may need to reset your system.
This is a very easy process, simply
follow these steps:
1. Select 'MENU' on your remote.
2. Select 'INSTALLATION MENU'.
3. Enter your password. (the default
password is normally 0000).
4. Select 'MANUAL TP SEARCH'.
Your sound should then return to
normal.
